(don't get me started, i'll never shut up) i love orlando bloom (who doesn't?), johnny depp, hayden christensen, that cute guy from sum 41, and many others. despite my artistic ability, i am the least creative person on the planet. i like to be different from every one else. i am determined to go to college and become a vet. i'm 17, have my driver's license and hate the state of the economy and the environment....if you really want to know any more about me or haven't gone crazy already, you're weirder than i am.

| whoot whoot! yeah! my da and i have been doing practice hikes lately... he's been carrying 40 pounds of stuff in his pack to prepare. just yesterday i got a little pack from walmart, so now i'm gonna start hiking with weight too. it's not a pack meant for through-hiking, but it'll work for now. i'm sooo excited!!! we're not sure when, but we'll hike the AT eventually... probably when i'm in college...

| yeah! my dad was a vendor this weekend at the Rhododendron Festival. it was soooo cool! but, even cooler, after the festival, dad and me drove up to roan mountain bald and it was BEAUTIFUL!! i cannot describe to you the beauty! it was soo quiet and it was windy and the grass was in singing lulling whipsers. and there was a GORGEOUS view of the mountains and i just loved it! i think i could live up there, seriously. and me and dad walked on the AT for a bit, and my desire to hike the AT has increased TENFOLD!!!
ok. yeah. so, you guys should go visit it. definitely.

| ung. i'm so confused. why is it guys seem to want to go out with me all at the same time? (at least, it seems that way...)
near the end of school, there was a guy in my art class who was always hinting about going out, but he never really came out and said it. he even wrote 'i love you' in my yearbook, but i think that was meant in a joking sense.
then, after school was over and summer had started, a guy, let's say 'bob', started calling everyday, like he was going to ask me out. he took me out once with some of his friends (that was fun) but then the calls just suddenly stopped.
now there's another guy, 'frank', who i really like, but i can't tell if he's just being nice or if he's truly interested. it seems like he is, but, i dunno. he almost asked me out i think, but i'm not sure
it's exasperating.

the Valerian had their yard sale on saturday. we were uber successful! we sold a lot and profitted majorly. it was a good day. we hope to have our first issue out by august.
